End of the Year Giving!

The Normal Park Museum Magnet School Education Fund still needs over $18,000 before the end of 2014 to meet our year-end goal. From learning expeditions to science lab experiments to our incredible arts experiences, Normal Park Museum Magnet changes the lives of students in our community every day. The Education Fund is proud to support the programs and faculty that make Normal Park a magical learning experience. We would not be the successful school that we are without the support of our individual donors. Your gift has made a real impact on the students and programs at Normal Park. We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your generosity.

We ask you to consider making a gift prior to December 31 to help the Education Fund reach this goal. Your contribution is a wonderful way to honor a student or Normal Park graduate you love. Log on www.normalpark.com, click donate now, and donate today!

Normal Park Coin Banks

Today we have some exciting news! Each of you will be taking home a brand new Normal Park coin bank. Reportedly there are 10 billion dollars in coins in the United States that aren't being used. They might be in an old piggy bank, or the junk drawer in the kitchen at home or between the sofa cushion, but they aren't being used. Our challenge is to find some of those coins and use them to "Change our School". We could turn those unused coins into pencils and crayons and paper and glue sticks and material for our exhibits - all those things that make learning at Normal Park fun and unique. So let's get out there and look under the sofa cushions, check the sidewalks, look in the floor of Mom's car, and that drawer in our room where we put everything and find those dusty old coins and use them to Change our School!
